How long are the classes?

Classes are 30 and 45 minutes depending on the day and time

What kind of fitness do you offer?

The kind of fitness I offer is centered around strength training and mobility. We use our body weight and free weights such as dumbbells or kettlebells to build strength. In addition to that, I focus on mobility for longevity which helps protect the joints and ultimately helps with pain control and injury reduction. Come and take advantage of a free first trial class!

What can I expect from a class?

Classes are structured with a HIIT cardio warmup that consists of timed exercises. Next, I guide students through mobility exercises followed by core exercises. We do weight work and finish off with a plank and a cooldown!

Over time, with consistency, you can expect an increase in overall body strength, increased flexibility, better balance and increased self-confidence!

I'm a beginner. Which class should I try first?

ALL classes are beginner friendly due to the levels & modifications provided.
